while what has happened is bad and not acceptable, there is no point blaming the company. A job is a job is a job! I am sure most people who lost it would go try for another job(!) in another company ( which is going to be no better) instead of looking at opportunities to be on their own. every experience should end in a lesson being learnt. that is why i have decided to take care of myself and am in my own opportunity. I bet TCS did not expect the layoff to backfire in such a way.... They did not do their homework properly before firing candidates.They thought they could getaway with it without any fuss because all other companies also do it...... The HR lady has no idea what confidential data(reason of layoff) she is talking about....When an employee is being terminated, he or she has to know the exact reason for it and not say that its confidential !!! Are the HR or the higher management really that dumb?? Its just that they thought they could getaway with this without much questions or backfiring and they did not do their homework well...So they employees who have filed a case...pls go ahead....Justice will be served unless and until TCS plays some dirty games to find loopholes in the judiciary....

Firends, I know nothing about this story, after reading this like to say a thing, all employees join hands to create new company and give competition to one who said you as non-performers, that will give some meaning to your life and lesson business tycoons.

The TCS has so far maintained that it is laying off only under performers. This blatant lie and the inhuman way in which the termination interview goes on each and every day is exposed in this recording. Pls sign the petition
