This album is built around the concept of doubling: every track, except for the first one, has an alternative version. The “alternative” nature of these versions is defined during the production stage and is rooted in some form of collaboration. Collaboration may involve co-producing the instrumental, co-writing the lyrics, performing together (vocals, instrumentation, or otherwise), or any other form of shared creative input.

The tracklist is arranged from my greatest involvement to my least. The first track stands alone, representing a complete alignment with myself. From there, each subsequent piece reflects varying degrees of distance — a shifting of authorship shaped by others’ presence.

This order is based on my own perception and emotional experience of participation, and it’s open to challenge. Ideally, the listener is encouraged to question my arrangement and create their own interpretation of authorship and presence within the album.

Solitaire

Hi,
I´ve started making music at the age of 9.
First learned to play accordion,
then approx the age of 15, I began playing guitar and later on the piano also.
Temporary I´ve had instrument teachers and I´ve
absolved courses of music theory but the most stuff I´ve learned in self studies  and trying new things out.
As an adult I´ve absolved an Audio Engineer Diploma and 
started to make more music and recordings with the help of the PC.
I love improvisation and I just love music.

I´m happy for the possibilities to present my music and I hope some people are entertained out there.
