From Bogotá to the world, Memek (Juan Ayerbe) has established himself as one of Colombia’s most influential DJs in the electronic music scene. He began his journey in 1998 and, after moving to New York in 2003, joined the Minimoo collective as a resident, taking his sound to renowned clubs and festivals such as Watergate in Berlin, offSónar in Barcelona, and UnLeash in London. Upon returning to Colombia, he played a pivotal role in strengthening the local scene through spaces like Billares Londres and creative projects such as Mavidip & Steinlausky.

His style moves seamlessly between deep tech house, micro house, and subtle shades of techno, defined by immersive basslines, precise transitions, and a groove that instantly resonates on the dancefloor. With standout performances such as the first Boiler Room Colombia, Memek has showcased a unique ability to balance technical sophistication with dance driven energy, securing his place as a reference point both in the international underground and Colombia’s electronic landscape.

About the Artist
 
Vasilios Viteri, was born in Maracay, Venezuela; in 2001. He started in the music a decade ago as a drummer and after as producer, has collaborates on musical projects with “The Panic Room” (2021). His last release in “V.A. Vol.3” by Tanapa Records marks his position in the minimal movement. This Venezuelan talent also originates from the “diff” crew since 2023.
