After a short hiatus, Mantra Collective are delighted to share the fourth release from our digital sublabel Pandorea Records. Continuing our focus on local talent, we present a solo EP from Melbourne based Travisty. Travis Barrington was undoubtedly one of our most exciting discoveries of 2020 and it brings us great joy to offer a platform to share his detailed sound.

The four track EP is marked by an infectiously uplifting swing, with all tracks a timely fit for the reopening of dancefloors. Kinetic tones is filled with the same energy the track takes it’s name from. An understated groove sits above warm textures, making way for a euphoric breakdown. Midnight Mistress is an expert display of Travis’ classy yet danceable sound; a deep and dreamy journey that could easily continue beyond its 8 minute run time. Sleep Walking follows, leading with a delicate melody that balances its elegant baseline. Closing the EP Is Waves, the clubbiest cut of the EP. The right amount of bounce is expertly embellished with interesting sampling - one for the body and the mind. A bright release from an equally bright talent, we are so excited to hear more from Travis.

lona Gross is a Belarus-born 🇧🇾, Yerevan-based multi-genre DJ and vinyl collector with an endless love for minimal darker shades as well as broken beats and ’90s music.

After years on the dancefloor, she began DJing in 2022, co-founding the independent communities Scapes Sound and less.inc.

She digs out rare and limited-edition tracks, uncovering unexpected grooves to turn each mix into a unique, immersive story.

Ilona has collaborated with NOTYOURTYPE (Bulgaria), Darcoform (Romania), Dilemma Collective (Spain), AGLOMERAT (Switzerland), Vamonos Records, KOF Project (Istanbul), Raskat Movement (Tbilisi), PRLcast (Minsk), Bohemnots Radio (Armenia), and others.

Meet the Backstage Boys : a Zürich-based DJ collective made up of five members (Henry Sure, Burt Cobain, Justin Case, Karl Gustav & Maag). 
Their story begins during the 2020 lockdown: while the world slowed down, they kept the energy alive coming together in the studio to create, connect and evolve. 

This EP comes with 4 tracks: two originals that reflect their groove-driven, minimal/house-inspired sound, and two remixes that reimagine those originals  giving space for creative reinterpretation and a fresh vibe.
This isn’t just a release  it’s a milestone. 

It’s the first Swiss EP on Hidden Frequencies from Swiss Artists, and it embodies the journey of a collective that turned shut-down silence into music that moves.
