The process of recording this track is one of the best experiences I ever had with making music. Since I was 16 years old, I have always been fascinated by music production, and through much trying and failing, I have finally found a good workflow with combining analog and digital equipment.

The track start out as minimalistic, but evolves into something bigger and more complex. I guess there is a metaphor in there somewhere. Let me know!

The main synth on this one was the Moog Subsequent 37. Almost every sound is from that beast. It started with the bass on the first verse. I recorded one track per note in the chorus to make the synth feel big and massive.

I will publish this one on Spotify, iTunes, etc. when the vocals are done and the track has been mastered. Hopefully that will be sooner rather than later.

Before Dawn

I do not feel much for defining my music within a specific genre, but I often tend to make electronic music.
