Flame McBain is the Newcastle based solo project of Jono Roberts-Thomson. Having played in post-hardcore bands from 2006 to 2011, he took a long hiatus from music until a renewed spark to write and record emerged in early 2024. Growing up on a wholesome diet of punk and hardcore, his debut EP 'Speak' blends speed, groove, and melody into an honest and nostalgic release that will resonate with heavy music fans.
