You HAVE to surely love the BBC local radio news intro from the 2nd generation of Mcasso imaging ? The same format on all stations taking the package (some use a shelf for headlines or the pips) but the theme is the same for all stations ... it's so atmospheric, and in this case fairly clean as well ... Also the weather follows, and programme opener ident ...

Cuts sourced via the now closed iJingles program but up to now unused on-air, sung in Dallas by TM Studios ... These cuts are from LITE-FM packages, with disco sounding properties !

In 2017 these are used as in hour imaging with ramps for talk-ups, shorter versions for standard imaging in amongst the mix of disco, funk and soul the groove plays ...

Three cuts, the first two come as one 60 second jingle but also supplied as two 30 second ramps with numerous smaller versions, the first actually is sung "by request, disco funk and soul, the groove" but has been edited for multi-use and appears here as the other cuts do with the lyrics "this is the groove, disco funk and soul, the groove" ...

The station is now homed with 'Radionomy' ...

The Groove 2017 - TM Studios (Cuts From LITE FM Packages) In-Hour Imaging Sampler

The new sits with the old, the brief to Reelworld was to have the Reelworld One CHR cut "Pluto Funk" emulate 'the breeze' 2014 version of the same to use on 'the groove' as a top of hour and into/outof breaks cut (the breeze version heads up the montage for comparison) ...

Sung in seattle by singers from Nashville so I'm told they've done a cracking job, it's hoped in time to add simialr cuts from Reelworld but you get what you pay for, quality imaging ...

There are so so many mixouts available with the supplied materials, instrumentals come as standard so make even more re-tracking oppertunities ... Pluto Funk really sets the sound-stage for the music played on 'the groove' the main cut is a 30/40 second donut ...

Lyrics "this is the groove" (bed) "this is the groove, this is the groove, this is the groove" ....

For the time being as a top of hour Pluto Funk sits very well with the Dallas sung TM Studios jingles used for in-hour imaging ...

The station is now homed on 'Radionomy' ...
