Florian Meindl - Melting Iron [ FLASH 313 ]

Manos Simotas, the mind behind Unhuman and the label Liber Null Berlin, began experimenting with noise and industrial music in 2012. He continued to explore various genres, including power electronics, dark ambient, and experimental electronic music, before finding his unique voice in techno. 

Unhuman's journey began in 2012 in Athens with his first release, "Emperor Black," on tape. Since then, he has evolved, releasing on labels such as BITE, L.I.E.S. Records, Instruments Of Discipline, Veleno Viola, Amok Tapes, and Leyla Records, among others. 

A mainstay of major clubs in Berlin, including regular DJ sets at Berghain for the BITE Records showcases. , Unhuman has performed across Europe, Asia, and South America. He is not only a DJ but also a sound engineer, producer, and instrumentalist, contributing to his multifaceted approach to music. Additionally, he has engaged in various side projects and collaborations, including collaborations with An-I, resulting in an EP on L.I.E.S. Records. 

He co-founded Nostromo, a band with EBM artist Sarin, and formed Aktion Mutante with the infamous Violet Poison, releasing an LP on She Los Kontrol Records. His latest and most active project is with the queer activist performer Petra Flurr. They released two 12” LPs, the latest on Bite Records and embarked on tours worldwide. 

Unhuman proudly holds artist residencies at Volnost in Seoul, South Korea, Olam in Bratislava, and KHIDI, the famous techno club in Georgia, Tbilisi.

Saint Sinner is synonymous with a techno sound with a high emotional charge, which draws on different influences from electronic music such aselectro, idm and ambient.

Behind the alias “sinner saint” we find Daria Prislonova. Originally from Saratov (Russia) and resident in Spain since 2007, Dasha - as her friends know her - has lived in several cities in Spain, the last two were Barcelona and Madrid, where she currently lives.

It is these last two cities that offered underground movements in whichDasha immersed herself, leaving a mark on her musical tastes.

Like Saint Sinner, he has begun to stand out more on the Madrid scenensince the reopening after the pandemic, making the public sweat intraditional venues in the capital and not only like: Fabrik, Bassment, Crow, Macarena, Stardust, Moog, Rezonans, Selectors, Jimmy Jazz, Harrika, Harrikada festival, Lanna, where she has performed at the Warm Up showcase nights, Oscar Mulero's label. She currently continues with her residency at CROW.

SAINT SINNER - Syncast [SYN232]

Born in Toronto in 1988 and raised in Poland, internal explorer’s journey into the realm of electronic music began at a young age, fueled by an innate passion for sonic exploration. This drive led him to pursue a formal education in sound engineering at the renowned SAE Institute in Brisbane, Australia, where he delved deep into the intricacies of audio production.

After completing his studies, internal explorer moved back to Warsaw, where in 2020, he co-founded Trainspotting events, followed by the establishment of the celebrated Sfora festival in 2022, marking his lasting imprint on the Polish electronic music scene.

TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ DUB TALES

Dub Tales is a solo project by Francesco Vacca, born from the trio Get Serious, active since 2010 with Stefano Cibabene and Michele Quagliati. Starting his DJ career in Genoa in 2006, Francesco co-founded Groove Secret Events, organizing open-air parties with guest artists.
In 2008 and 2009, the trio performed at notable Italian clubs like KAMAKAMA ( Viareggio ) and Tenax ( Florence ), gaining exposure beyond their hometown. In 2010, they moved to Berlin, playing in venues such as Sisyphos, Suicide Circus, and securing a residency at Tresor.
With Dub Tales, Francesco explores deeper, dub-influenced and ambient techno, drawing inspiration from Detroit’s soulful roots that first sparked his musical journey.

Originally from the southwest of France, Marco has been honing his craft for over 27 years. Immersed in the French and Spanish rave culture since 1995, his music naturally became its reflection. As a techno DJ and producer, he has released more than sixty EPs and remixes on labels such as Labrynth, Illegal Alien, Elektrax, Coincidence, The Zone, and of course Amazone, some of which have received support from iconic artists such as Chris Liebing, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Speedy J, and Dave Clarke.
In 2004, he founded Amazone Records, which—21 years later—has established itself as a leading French label, featuring some of the most talented artists on the international scene: Perc (UK), Charlotte de Witte (BE), Marco Bruno (IT), Submerge (USA), Electric Rescue (FR), Mark Williams (UK), Audio Injection (USA), Tom Hades (BE), David Carretta, and many more.
Alongside his solo projects, he has also collaborated on an electro-techno live act with Parisian singer Drey. Their first release in 2008 received support and collaboration from pioneers David Carretta and Millimetric, and was highlighted by media such as Trax Magazine. 
His acclaimed performances have taken him across France, as well as to Spain, Mexico, Switzerland, Poland, and Italy. A passionate actor and defender of electronic culture, Marco stands as part of a generation of truly committed artists.
