Lluis Ribalta marks two decades in an Techno journey full of twists and turns, with the release of his debut full-length album, Bring In Back. set for release on August 16, 2025, via Rawsery. Having spent plenty of time in the global Top 100 for Techno artists and tracks, Ribalta channels his industry experience into an eight-track opus available in digital and premium vinyl formats. This album is a declaration of Ribalta’s commitment to the foundational essence of Techno, artfully enhanced where possible with ideas that break out of the box.

Bring In Back ventures into unrelenting rhythmic territories and immersive soundscapes, reminiscent of the energetic minimalism and hypnotic force championed by Techno luminaries over the years. Tracks like "Andromeda" and the title track "Bring In Back" anchor the album in dense, pulsating basslines and intricate percussive layers, while pieces such as "Brain Siren" and "Acid Sex" traverse the more experimental, acid-infused corridors of contemporary sound.

Ribalta’s adept manipulation of sonic textures and emotional resonance, seamlessly blending tension and release show a deeper exploration into ideas. Ultimately, this LP serves as a statement of artistic maturity and Techno purity, an exploration into what it means to be an artist in 2025.

.defaultbox is celebrating its catalogue no. 010 with a various artists EP full of love and dark energy. The label founder Patrick Brosin himself opens up with "1999", a raw and reckless tribute to all those late nineties' fashion sinners, while Robert S (PT) takes it back to the future with his brain melting, bulletproof remix. Next up is label co-owner Barrel with "Lirpa", a rollercoaster ride inside an acid fish tank, spiced up by Kegen Hall with a little "Pepper" to wake up lazy ravers.

"Spherical" – the eagerly anticipated debut long-player from multi-faceted Spanish producer, DJ and label boss Ian Axide – will be released on June 29, 2020 via his very own Emphatic Records imprint. 

A career-defining moment for the now London-based artist, the ten-track Spherical opus marks Ian Axide’s most extensive and innovative body of work to date and pertinently showcases the inexhaustible creativity of one of the most prolific acts in underground techno right now. 

Known for his highly experimental soundscapes and hard-hitting atmospheres, Ian’s uniquely underground treatment across the entirety of "Spherical" is both wonderfully dark and hypnotic, whilst maintaining the impressive quality of engaging the listener from the very start. Complete with incredible complexity, energy and intricacy across its ten-track duration, Ian capitalises on his innate ability to draw you into a dark, industrial construct, as he explores a remarkable array of timbres from across the techno spectrum.
