Aleph - Like A Fire (Album)(TMP 012 - Promo Mix)

The brand new Aleph 12" maxisingle "Fight For Your Love" is taken from the album "Like A Fire". It's one of the tracks that was produced specially for the new album. Extended Version, appearing on the maxisingle, is actually the original version of the song and has different arrangements. You can find some vocal parts and also a saxophone solo (by Marco Remondini) which are particularly recorded for this mix. When the album version has a modern twist, the extended version is very loyal to the 80s Aleph sound.
The vinyl is pressed on transparent pink wax.

Graziano Capezzoli, the other half of the 80s Italo duet Edy Band, is back with a brand new track called “Toward The Light”. The idea for the track came from Juan Segundo and Kimmo Salo, but the final result wouldn’t be the same without Graziano’s wonderful work for the vocals, as a composer and the singer. The goal was to produce something that would have the soul of the Tuscan small budget Italo productions, something that would capture the Tuscan Italo sound of the mid 80s. The vinyl has two different mixes with slightly different sounds and mix, and the “New Mix” also has lovely female back vocals by Anita Campagnolo (better known as a vocalist of “New Sin”).

The vinyl is pressed on black vinyl only, in a traditional way.

The Swiss-Swedish new generation Italo duo, Tiger Club, is coming again in a new collaboration with Stefano Brignoli. After the very nice debut single “Honesty” they decided to raise the bpm a bit, add some French atmospheres and Sabadell flavours to their music, and the result can be now heard on a brand new vinyl “RR 028 Tiger Club Feat. After their previous synthwave influenced release, “Turbo Lover”, Italove is back on its roots with a new track “Chasing Ghosts”. The song has the essence of Italove productions; bright and memorable synth riff, simple but strong verse & bridge that leads the song to a very catchy and uplifting chorus and all this frosted with some “oo-oo-o” backing choirs. “Moskow”, a Tuscan project of Tommy Kelvin and Paolo Lunghi is coming back with a new track “Stay With Me”. The idea for the new song came from the producer Kimmo Salo, who first contacted Tommy and Paolo and then later teamed up with Michael Sandsjö (from Tiger Club). After a while, the team gained one more member when Marzio Benelli joined the group. Michael and Kimmo worked on the instrumental base while Tommy and Marzio recorded the vocals. Tommy invited Laura Landi to record the female voice, like she also did for the legendary “Come Back”. In the meantime Paolo worked on the graphics.

After a few weeks the new Moskow track was ready, following the same romantic path that “Come Back” indicated almost four decades earlier.

One of the most legendary Italo voices, Massimo Vaccari, is back on the Italo scene after almost 40 years. His unique vocals are well known from Max Him hits; "No Escape", "Lady Fantasy", "Japanese Girl", "Melanie" and so on...
Now Max has teamed up with the Flashback trio, Dr. Mateo, I. Foresta, Sandor Mate and the result of the collaboration can be found from the brand new vinyl "One Way Feat. Max J. Vaccari - We'll Run Away" (FLA 0018). 
The song itself is a strong, rock oriented composition with Eurobeat styled arrangements. The lyrics are very current, talking about refugees who have to leave their homes because of the war. On the B-side there is "Another Version" that has a more "electronic" and fresh approach to the song.
As interesting details, you can hear the electric guitar played by Juan Segundo and back vocals by a very well known Italo legend.

Riccardo Maggese is an Italian musician known from two sought after vinyls; Riccardo Maggese - High Version (album) and Manhattan Project - That's impossible, both released on City Record label. Now Riccardo is back with a new Manhattan Project release, including two brand new Italo tracks "More Time Delivery" and "Stay Forever". The songs have been produced in collaboration with Anton Orlov and Kimmo Salo, respecting the sound of the first two Manhattan Project tracks. The female vocals belong to Roberta Zanfranceschi.

G.J. Lunghi (Gabriella Jennifer) is an Italian-English singer who started her career in a local band in London. In the beginning of the 80s she moved to Rome and recorded her first single "Honey Lender" (Turbo Records 1984). Her next single "Acapulco Nights" was the beginning of a collaboration with Memory Records. After the success of "Acapulco Nights", she changed her artist name to Jennifer Munday and recorded a single "Invisible", released by Baby Records. In the mid 80s Gabriella did many tours in Italy, Germany and Switzerland performing her Italo Disco tracks. In 1988 she recorded a song "If You Say You Love Me" under the pseudonym Tina Gabriel. The song was released again by Memory Records.

Recently Gabriella teamed up with Scandinavian guys, Kimmo Salo and Michael Sandsjö (Tiger Club) and came back to Italo scene with a brand new track "Under The Roman Moon". The vinyl has two different mixes from the song; a more romantic approach on "Roman Night Mix" and a darker version by Fabio Ricci called "Dark Moon Mix". "Oneway - Summer Is Here" has been created for the Italo Disco Festival - Flashback 20th Anniversary event. The idea was to have an Italo summer anthem that would also be the theme song of the party. Flashback boss, Kimmo Salo asked Dr. Mateo to think of something that would fit for the purpose, something catchy with summer feeling and easy sing-along chorus... and Dr. Mateo indeed did what he was asked for.
The "Oneway" trio was together again when Sandor "Electro Potato" Mate did the finalizing and came up with two different extended mixes.

A new track “Star” has a relaxed “Italo groove” with perfect Italo lead vocals by Graziano. The chorus has been built up to be a kind of duet of a male and female voices and that’s where Gabriella comes in.

The A side has the Original Mix by Tiger Club and from the B-side you can find the Flashback Remix by Juan Segundo; the sound engineer behind Graziano’s previous single “Toward The Light”.
