Since 2024, Flashbaxx has been performing again as an electronic 
live act, showcasing his unique mash-ups of disco and house classics. His high-energy performances have already taken him to legendary clubs like the KitKat Club in Berlin. In June 2025 selected tracks from his live set will be released as “Gazelle” EP on the newly founded label Groovers Trax (Leipzig), fulfilling his longheld dream of creating an uncompromising house record with a disco twist. 

From 2016 to 2025, Stenger was part of the podcast Proseccolaune, where he further honed his comedic talent. Today, this is reflected in his own comedy and music content on social media, striking a balance between accessible entertainment and subcultural authenticity—earning him a steadily growing fanbase. 
Daniel Stenger lives in Aschaffenburg (DE), works in his studio where he produces music, podcasts, content and musical projects for the advertising industry.

Cody Currie & Kapote together in the studio! Delivering a 4 track EP that connects proto-disco, neo soul, Chicago house beats and jazz funk in a very spontaneous, super catchy way.
Cody, the London multi-talent musician, and Kapote, the Berlin-based creative head of Toy Tonics have a lot in common. Both come from studying jazz, knowing different instruments, having played in bands, and at the same time being DJs with a huge passion and the skill to rock thousands of people every weekend at the Toy Tonics Jams with a wild mix of different music. They have what we call THE VIBE. Soulful, catchy, intense. When they play records at a party and when they work on tracks. Both play keyboards, bass, guitar, and drums. Both sing. And both have funny nicknames that journalists gave them: Cody Currie was called “the Tom Misch of House music” and Kapote the “Wes Anderson of electronic music”. Makes us laugh but also fits well. And yes: Both are a bit crazy... like every extremely talented musician.

Italo house at its best! This track is a new version of a tune that originally came out in 2014. produced by Toy Tonics boss Kapote.
Originally released under his former producer name MUNK. It sounds fresher now than back then, when it was too much ahead of its time.

This track works on any dance floor. It brings this special new school Italo vibe to every party. Made by Kapote back then when he was producing indie dance.
In case you don't know: Kapote used to produce music under the name MUNK and run an indie dance label called GOMMA. Back in the late 2000s he was producing music with LCD Soundsystem, Peaches, WhoMadeWho, The Rammellzee and others.  Now, Toy Tonics re-releases the song in a new version. Including remixes by Musumeci, Romain FX, Azari & III and Audiojack.

Since being discovered by the Mainz-based lounge label “Wohnton” in 2003, Flashbaxx’s jazz and funky beats have been featured on international compilations—including releases on Sony Music, EMI, and Ministry of Sound. His productions appear alongside artists such as Moby, Jazzanova, Blank & Jones, Die Fantastischen Vier and Bonobo and are regularly played by renowned DJs and tastemakers like Rainer Tru by (Compost, DE), Robert Luis (Tru Thoughts, UK), and Mark Farina (OM Records, US). 

His latest EP Take Care My Friend (NuNorthern Soul, UK / 2022) was enthusiastically received by the scene. For the remix EP (NuNorthern Soul, UK / 2023), he brought on board renowned producers such as Atjazz and Moods.
