ok that was so random. There is a fade into a drum, then a random build up  another fade out, then a fade in to the bass drop

For lack of a better name, this is an upbeat piece with orchestra and synth effects and is supposed to be kind of an overture to Last Legacy (http://www.runouw.com/games/lastlegacy_nullspace_beta2/).   It plays in the first level.
