Welp! Here we are! Here's a new track! It was sort of born out of experimentation. The starting point was me downloading an app on my iPhone called "Troublemaker", which allows you to select from some bass sounds in app. The specific bass sound I used was modelled after the TB-303. Once I had a bassline generated in the app, I then exported the bass loop to GarageBand on my phone. Once I did that, everything else just came rather quickly. 
As for the title, the track wasn't even inspired by The Matrix originally. I only went for that because it was both catchy to me, and seemed to match the sort of glitchiness of the track. Nonetheless, I couldn't help myself by making the track art a direct reference to The Matrix xD 
Anyway, I hope you like it! It was fun to make!

Glitch In The Matrix

Anyway, the thing about this track is that it's one of the more personal tracks I've made, in that, it was composed out of a mix of nostalgia for a part of my childhood and missing that part of it, as the parts with the mall sound effects reflect. The empty mall filter is largely reflective of a mall I remember going to regularly as a kid that's almost largely, well, abandoned now. The structure is still there, just two last businesses left now.
The photo used to make the track art is a mix of two pictures, one component is a picture of an mall I came across that happens to be licensed under creative commons taken by JJBers on flickr, while the figure was of a man in front of a green screen that I forget is from.\
That all said, I hope you enjoy this track!

Abandoned

Alright! I meant to upload this earlier within the week (Friday, to be exact. Though, before I could, I kind of passed out), but, hey, better late than never. Anyway, here's a track that's essentially been in the works for over a year now. It's gone through about maybe 3 iterations before I landed on this version. All things considered, I'm happy with this version. At the moment, I have no idea what kind of track I'll release next. I guess we'll both see! That all said, I hope you enjoy it!

Cyber Planet

Here’s something quite a bit different. The way I’d describe this one as is non sampled Vaporwave. I’ve been listening to a bit of Vaporwave recently (Both sampled and non sampled), and I thought why not make a track in that sort of style.

So, I composed the music first, then, I did the normal mixing and mastering I’d do and finally, I brought the file onto my computer, edited it, and what you hear is the result. 

Small fact: The tempo I had the track at before I did any editing was quite a bit faster. 

As for the track art, a lot of it happens to be elements made by me (The Vapour, The Chess Board Ground, The 3D balls and The Moon),
while I also utilised some photos from Unsplash and Pexels (Like the Macintosh Plus, the person, and the sort of Aurora Borealis-esque background, which was made with landscape photos). 

It was all honestly fun to work on. That said, I hope you like it!

Vapour

There's really not much to say about this track other than it was composed with two inspirations: 1. The passing of one of my dogs on October 21st and 2. William Basinski's Disintegration Loops.
However, this track is essentially mainly composed as a tribute to him. The way the track breaks down sort of reflects the struggle he went through later in his life, and once it goes into nothing, I see that as him finding peace. 
Anyway, I really miss him. It's just not the same without him here

Silence

Alright! Here's a track I composed spontaneously recently. I believe it took me about 3 days to make it (Two when it came to composition, a break day, and another day to do the final mixing and mastering). It was initially inspired by Dust by M|O|O|N, however, as I kept working on it, it became something different. So, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed working on it! More stuff is on the way before the year ends!

Golden Age

Welp! Here's my first ever collab with another Synthwave producer (As well as my first public track in two years)! Andhika made the music and the render in the track artwork, while I wrote the lyrics, sang and vocoded the vocals, recorded the rain sounds, and put together the artwork with said render, a stock photo, and a picture of me! In The Night

This is out a bit later than I wanted it to be, but, we have a new track! This one's called “Grid Highway”!

As for the music itself, it was inspired by Kavinsky's style (Note: I plan on doing more styles than just this)! Hopefully I captured it decently while doing my own thing! Happy Halloween! I wanted to do something this year that honours one of my inspirations, while also celebrating his eventual return (He has a new album coming out soon), Kavinsky! As simple as Nightcall is, I absolutely love it. Everything in this track was played and programmed by me. I also did all the vocals and the Photo edit for the artwork. Considering I usually like to make original tracks, I’m overall happy with how this cover came out! I hope you like it!
