The ever growing issue of mental health has affected us all on varying degrees throughout our life. As our race evolves and technology advances the need for a sound state of mind is key to formulate a balanced existence. The ‘Free the Mind’ EP is a collection of songs that have been sensitively written addressing the topic of mental health. This project explores the emotional highs and the lows as we will travel through the vast emptiness of our outer consciousness to the everything that is our imagination and its projection of life as we know. The intension of this project is to raise awareness for mental health and create a platform where we can deeper explore and understand our minds current state. We are never alone when we extend out our hand, when we share our experiences, when we learn together as one.
