London based artist EKATA is self-described as genre and sound obsessive. She has built a reputation as a huge advocate for purist Electro and a creator of a dark and warped experience.

Her Electro shows on Ripe Radio Manchester & Guest mixes with Hilltown Disco and Ear to Ground Records to name a few, have turned the heads of some of the most respected and well established artists of the underground scene, including the likes of Anthony Rother who has expressed his love for her vision.

EKATA is currently working on her own productions which are set to release this year. She also has a brand new residency for Specimen Records that started in November 2021.

TFHats…his 242ish vocals beside great compositions I like so much because I always feel home listening to them..

Since I started again producing in 2020, Wibo has been a constant source of kindness and honesty at the same time. He liked the melody of Cosmodrome and got me back on my producers feet in no time with his constructive feedback and inspiration. Even after that, he regularly checked on me if i have new stuff, how my tracks are going along and our conversations soon went past being just about music.

He once told me that there is a dutch saying which roughly translated means that whoever gives good will meet good and that he lives by that. I think this is the best description for him.

Rest in peace, mate....

I basically threw all my files from Wibo and my transhumanism tracks into one playlist, sorted it after bpm and gave it a shot...roughly 3 hours later, I was really happy about the flow and decided to publish.
There may be one or two track repeats...really should have cleaned the setlist before getting into it but couldn't wait to drop those bomb objects…

2022 has unarguably been a great year for Electro both with overall visibility for the genre as well as with the sheer number of quality releases being put out over the course of the year. This was also a year in which I took a break from my show and handed DJing responsibilities over to DJ friends from around the world. Couldn't be happier with how the year turned out for the show. I feel like It was a busy year both production-wise and promotion-wise for @DVSNME and @DarkScienceElectro respectively, however, I found some time to put together a mix of my favorite 22 tracks from 2022. Flight destination is The Tarantula Nebula is a large star-forming region of ionized hydrogen gas that lies 161,000 light-years from Earth in the Large Magellanic Cloud, and its turbulent clouds of gas and dust appear to swirl between the region’s bright, newly formed stars. The nebula owes its name to the arrangement of its bright patches that somewhat resemble the legs of a tarantula. Taking the name of one of the biggest spiders on Earth is very fitting in view of the gigantic proportions of this celestial nebula — it measures nearly 1,000 light years across ! Its proximity, the favourable inclination of the LMC, and the absence of intervening dust make this nebula one of the best laboratories to better understand the formation of massive stars. This spectacular nebula is energised by an exceptionally high concentration of massive stars, often referred to as super star clusters.

Valeriya Buturlya started her DJ career in 2015 as a fan of deep house, nu-disco, deep techno and tech house sounds.
The nickname Tendresse Rage, which she chose in French, means love for a combination of different styles, sounds, bright transitions between a delicate motive and a hard rhythm, and is literally translated as "tenderness-fury".
Valeria has been choreographing for 15 years - this period of her life reflects today's emotional power of music in sets. In 2018, Valeria finds herself in the field of electro-breakbeat styles, bringing her into a state of euphoria and deep exploration of new musical paths.
Thanks to this, compilations are born, which were released by such platforms as: Dark Science electro, Back side slice, Unusual Systems. French electro space cookie producer based in Tokyo.

Franck Collin, aka Fleck E.S.C, is an Electro artist originally from France currently living in the buzzing metropolis of Tokyo, Japan.
Franck's earlier experience playing bass and drums in bands, and his love of horror, science fiction and B-movies, naturally drove him to
the Electro music scene. Additionally, Fleck E.S.C has influences rooted in New Wave, Contemporary, Techno and Ambient music. Fleck E.S.C tries
to avoid the cliches of the Electro genre, leaning more toward the spooky side of horror and sci-fi and the cheap retro sounds in tribute
of the movies he loves. Never too serious, unpretentious, and always striving for fresh sounds, Fleck E.S.C's music aims to distract the 
body and the brain.

Franck Collin has also worked in movie productions as a camera assistant . He has also created music for Lipton Cafe Shibuya in Tokyo, theatre performances in Berlin, Germany and the soundtrack for the film,"Astroboy in Robotland", by renowned director of "Delicatessen" and "The Lost Children", Marc Caro. He has also performed as Fleck E.S.C in a number of venues in Europe and Japan.
