Gentle electric guitar weaves in, painting the atmosphere with soft, melancholic hues, as if whispering untold stories in the quiet of the night. Slowly, layers of sound build, carrying the listener forward with a pulse that feels both nostalgic and timeless. At its peak, the track bursts into an anthemic pop-rock climax, where the shimmering synths and soaring guitars unite in a powerful rush of energy. State Of Mind

Last year, I heard a podcast that had a major impact on me.

It was David Goggins talking to Joe Rogan about overcoming adversity, mastering your mind, and breaking through the limits of what you believe is possible.

David Goggins is a Navy Seal and endurance athlete, who has completed over 60 ultra-marathons, triathlons, and ultra-triathlons. He has competed in the hardest and most brutal endurance races in the world, including the Badwater 135 in Death Valley.

I was so inspired by his life story and mental strength that I decided to distill the most powerful pieces of the interview, and set them to a soundtrack that could match the intensity of his words.

The result is this 41 minute DJ Mix.

I hope that it gives you some of the inspiration that he gave me.
