Coffee sales, merch sales — all ministry.
But none of it look like God.
I peeped that early.

Logo everywhere, but love?

Talk Scripture with a sales pitch.
Every sermon got a product.
Billboards all through the city,

Pastor ain’t servin’ no staff.
Ain’t touchin’ no street.
Only time he outside
Is when the camera need a scene.

Staff breakin’ backs, he vacationin’.
More cars than you can count at the residence.
Two hundred acres sittin’ pretty —
But his people livin’ negligent.

Bathtub laundry for the workers.
He eatin’ like a president.
Tell me where the gospel at?
Cuz this ain’t representin’ it.

They talk city impact —
But they ain’t impact nothin’.
Just ads, videos, logos —

I saw the cult in his methods.

Money went everywhere but missions.
Paid for luxury trips, not Christians.
Farm animals, cars, vacations —
But the people starved in the system.

Walked away? They flipped positions.
Said I’m wicked, said I’m distant.
But God knew every truth I lived,
And that’s why I’m still uplifted.

He preached unity — but divided.
Preached freedom — but we feel indicted.
Any voice with truth got silenced,
Any gift with light got quieted.

Told us “serve God,” but he meant him.
Told us “give more,” while he spent more.
Every dime went to a lifestyle,
Not the lost ones at the front door.

Church full but the hearts weak.
Whole building feel concrete.
Ain’t no Spirit movin’ freely —
Just a brand they try to keep sleek.

But God pulled me out the deep.
Showed me wolves dressed up as priests.
They fed on hopes, they fed on fears —
But they ain’t never feast on me.

I left healed, not deceived.
Left whole, not diseased.
They wanted me broken — but God
Kept every promise I believed.
