Coreoscope is a term we have invented to describe our new core collection inspired from the light reflection toy kaliedescope ! In the context of music, we use Coreoscope to present different aspects of dark and core sounds that challenge traditional perceptions of hard and fast music genres.

By utilizing Coreoscope as a sound toy or mechanism , we aim to create a unique imaginerium for listeners, breaking down their prejudices and introducing them to new forms of perception through our music. Just like how a reflection can changes from different angles, VA Coreoscope aims to transform and evolve, drawing the listener into a new and immersive experience.

The concept of Coreoscope opens up a world of possibilities, where listeners can explore mind-bending sounds and textures that blend elements of darkness and core with colorful reflections. Whether it's incorporating heavy bass lines, aggressive beats, haunting melodies, or experimental sounds, Coreoscope allows us to create a sonic landscape that defies traditional genre boundaries.

Through this selection, we hope to captivate and challenge the listeners, pushing them to explore new sonic territories and immerse themselves in the depths of unique core imaginerium. By embracing the idea of Coreoscope, we aim to expand the horizons of psycore music and redefine what it means to create and experience music in the new age.

For the past years, a few friends from the Dutch city of Haarlem have explored musical boundaries and tested sonic limits to bring you this selection of new psychedelic songs of soul. We aimed to have a specific quality and atmosphere to the music for this release. A quality that this style of music inspired us to aspire. Through the years, inspirations shift, Sounds change, rhythms evolve, understanding broadens, definition expands, hearing improves... Thusly, we have strived to make something beautiful that hopefully propels this further. And share with you some of our explorations in music. Through some unconventional recording techniques, obscure sound sources and countless nights of deep sound exploration, there is a lot of care and efforts to be discovered within these tracks. Proudly presenting the debut album from Kedros - "The Loon On The Hill".
Kedros is George Gidakos, born in Canada 1981 and raised in Greece.
Coming from a background of punk rock and early electronic music, he discovered Psytrance in 1996 when he attended his first outdoor trance party in Greece and was naturally drawn to the open air, wild rave atmosphere. His passion for the experimental psychedelic side intensified shortly after as he started collecting vinyls, playing DJ sets, and creating the music that he loved. George graduated from SAE institute Athens in 2006 and has been working as a sound engineer in Greek television since.
His style can be described as experimental dark forest psytrance.
