Knusper-Knusper-Knister im Kulturkanister | St. Abil @ W****i

I made this little tune with two friends up in the mountains. The two friends worked on a cow farm called "Albeina". It was a lot of fun to make this little song.

Except for some of the drums, all the sounds were recorded on the mountain pasture.
You can hear different animals, a cheese brush, the copper basin for the milk, a hang drum, the call to get the cows moving and even a cow shitting, maybe you can hear it ;) and other sounds.

On the right was the sea, on the left an old tractor, behind me cows and horses. A great place to play some tracks.

This DJ set was made for the film, Do the Stars Care? On a mountaintop in Arctic Norway, a DJ-Activist weaves together a performance for no-one but the stars, mixing ethereal beats with voice samples of locals describing their connection to nature and desire for change.
