This compilation features 20 tracks ranging all genres and styles, bringing some uptempo bass to a dancefloor near you!  Focusing on fun grooves and energetic bass, ‘Summer Heat’ stays true to its name and offers some true heat for upcoming summer festivals.  Gravitas is known for more downtempo and songs that take you on a journey, and this was a fun switch to showcase some heavier DJ tracks from Gravitas family and beyond. VOODOO’S WORLD FAMOUS BAKED PASTA
Ingredients:
Manicotti shells
Fresh Ricotta 
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Parmesan 
1 Egg
Baby spinach 
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium purple onion
1 large can of Pomi strained tomato’s 
Chorizo 
Instructions:
Three cheese stuffing
In a medium sauce pan put high quality olive oil , 1 clove of minced garlic and all the baby spinach 
Mix all three cheeses with one egg season mixture to taste i.e salt, pepper &, freshly minced garlic, and oregano 
Chop cooked spinach And add to cheese mixture 
Boil noodles til a soft yet firm texture
Let cool fully before stuffing with cheese mixture
Chorizo sauce:
Brown the chorizo
lightly sautée chopped onion
 add sun dried tomatoes & a splash of heavy whipping cream 
Season to taste
reduce til sauce is thickened 
Assembly:
in the bottom of a 8x10 baking pan layer a thin sheet of sauce then add your noodles 
add a garlic herb butter to the top of noodles to keep moisture before another layer of sauce  being sure to fully cover the noodles
Finish with a light layer of mozzarella on top
bake at 400° until mozzarella is a light golden brown 
let rest 10-15 minutes 
smoke a well deserved blunt
garnish and serve to your closest wooks in a candle lit setting with this song playing lovingly in the background
