"Silent Season is a music label influenced by the natural surroundings of British Columbia, Canada. The sounds of Silent Season grew out of the connection between deep ethereal music and the rain forests of Vancouver Island. A soundtrack to some of the most radiant and aural beauty in the world.

The 10 year anniversary collection celebrates a decade of deeper electronic music. This special edition vinyl series features artists whose music continues to inspire the Silent Season journey.

The #SSX10 artwork showcases elemental textures found in the natural environment around Vancouver Island. The vinyl is a smokey grey colour and comes in a 10 year anniversary jacket with the tree of life. There are two colour editions for the jacket, dark & light.

I was born in 1983,and i started listen to music in my early years…I heard techno music for the first time at the age of 10 in Germany.My mother is german,and in the 90’s we were travelling 3 times a year her family, that’s why i was able to hear techno music so early.Listening to Chris Liebing’s and Anja Schneider’s radio shows was a good starting point of my musical journey.I was able to hear all kind of electronic music,techno,house,drum’n”bass etc,so i was developing my “musical” self vey soon.Collecting dj mixes,compilations and also tracks in any style of music was a straight way to start my dj and music career.So in 2000 i start to collect vinyls,buy turntables,a mixer and learn mixing it together.In the first 3-4 years i was playing in my hometown in little pub’s and clubs,then we start to organize own partys with a friend,so we were able to book some of the top techno and house djs,and i could warming up for all these artists.In 2004 had an invitation from Zvezda Beta to play at Ablak A Dubra in Budapest and one year later to team up the Hairy Crew.From here on i played most of Budapest’s and other big city’s music clubs,and played along side the “best” hungarian techno-house dj’s,and years later also with international artists also.Constant performer of the biggest festival’s in Hungary and have an own residency with my old mate and dj colleague Roocha at Aether Club in Budapest.Im very proud that from 2014 joining Ozora festival as an artist too.

Aloha dear amigos :3 are you taking care of your beloved ones by washing your hands regularly??? and no, I haven't been inactive at all, I finished my first album last month and I heard is on mastering so...i was just trying to get into a good timing, as I don't have a pro account here and I don't have the tendency to upload sets compulsively, i think is tasteless ;P  so yeah, Freedom Festival, probably the best one of last summer, who would imagine that I would say this huh??? played an entire set of 2 hours and a half :| ( i don't understand why) but for space reasons, I only uploaded 1 hour and 39 minutes ;3 

First Special Thx to Antonio for helping this booking happen <3 the trip is that it was 4 days after Ozora, so the Friday that I got back to Lisbon I was basically destroyed and sick as fuck after intense dehydration and partying on Hungary... I mean, it happens right??? 1 day before we were on our way to freedom I was getting even worse so João and Rita were like brah, let's go to a Clinic and thanks to they're selfless action I was able to start to heal <3  it took me 5 days, but the day of my set (Saturday) i was cured and ready for Action!!!


And yes, all tracks in the set are mine :3 this is the first full set i play of music i made and I'm quite happy of how it sounds and how people enjoyed it <3 hope you'll enjoy this recording too amigos :D
