Growing up in the Southern California rave scene, Rose learned from mega-festivals and underground warehouses alike how to approach their own decks: with a mission to tap into the Mother Beat and co-create dance portals grounded in love, healing, and queer joy. As a founder and resident DJ of DC's queer dance party Flower Factory, catch Rose spinning disco and vocal house beats that'll make your heart sing. Venture deeper into the woods with them though, and you'll find your body moving to an erotic blend of deep house and seductive techno. Rose has played venues across the East Coast, including DC’s Black Cat, NYC’s 3 Dollar Bill, and Provincetown’s Crown and Anchor.

My opening set from PERVERT: ART&F#CK in Mexico City Feb 2025. The energy was insane that night! I loved getting to play a little harder and nastier than I normally do, I move through some hard jacking house into baile funk and riddim, and finish with some nasty acid techno. Enjoy!

FATHER FIGURE brings big daddy energy to the dancefloor. Born in the mystic swamps of Louisiana and collecting records since the age of 3 means you’ll get a multi-layered genre-bending techno house jazz infused rave vibration at the club. However, the sunrise set is his fetish. Calling the light back to the sky with music is a powerful connected grounding meditation. It’s an honor to curate these ritualistic moments for dancers as they explore what it’s like to exist outside the body. Anything from unabashedly kitsch disco to blissful ambient and percussive breakbeats can pop up in a Father Figure set….Ready?
