Diamond rings Billy had always been an exuberant youth. It's true that he had broken his mother's heart on too many occasions, but her love never abandons him and his reckless ways. In and out of correctional facilities, the eyeball of the law is placed firmly on him at all times of the day and night. Popular none the less, overburdened with charisma, he has always had trouble following him, trying to delete one of his 9 cat's lives. Some say he is charmed. Tonight we find Billy tearing up the street in his Transam where a bar in the Midwest plays host to him this evening.
