To wrap a momentous year of memorable events and stellar music, The Cityfox Odyssey: NYE & NYD (bit.ly/CFNYE2019) has been especially programmed to kick start another with in an extraordinary musical voyage. Leading the expedition is a carefully assembled roster of house and techno heavyweights such as Tale of Us, Jamie Jones and Lee Burridge, alongside Cityfox artists and dear friends, both old and new - Adriatique, Atish, and WhoMadeWho - just to name a few. Among them, we are delighted to host the original “super-house” heroes: Andhim. 

So, in anticipation of The Odyssey, and another trip round the sun, the duo has curated this uplifting Foxcast, to remember the great times, and look onwards for more. 

Originating from Cologne, Andhim was immediately lauded for their funky upbeat sound in 2010 when minimal was all the rage. Unique and signature, their sets caught the attention of the Get Physical imprint, on which “The Wizard of Us” was released in 2013. Their own musical odyssey led them to creating their own label, Superfriends in 2016, when they self-categorized themselves as “super-house," lest they be pigeonholed to any genre in particular. To Andhim, it's simple: make and play happy and carefree music.

The duo kicks off this Foxcast with a groovy, melodic symphony of synthesized sounds that sets the tone to hypnotize for the entire hour, a taste of what’s to come on NYE. Bouncy bass lines weave through an atmospheric, spacey soundscape provided by tracks like “Sideral (BCN Version)” byTalaboman, “All Is Well” by Jarry, and Rüfüs Du Sol’s Underwater (Adam Port Remix). 

With such positive vibes, 2019 is looking bright already.

Words from Stevie: Was a great pleasure and honour to be asked by the guys from flow-music to create a 333 mix , I am so impressed with the artists and mixes so far an the fan base they have quickly created , so a bit about the mix , it been sculptured from old and new tracks I have looked at over the lockdown in Melbourne . It starts with a more downtempo feel as it trips along following my mood as i was putting it together ,  it moves to an increased tempo with some remixes on the fly in there , something from a friend not released , an some old favs with a twist !! DJ and producer Annie Hall has been steadily carving a name for herself as an artist who enjoys diversity. Born and bred in Spain, Annie started her life as a DJ in 2003, having had her first encounter with vinyl when she was a kid because her brother is a reggae, dubs and roots DJ in Spain.
With a long time passion for music and a love of experimenting with new
sounds Annie isn’t constrained by the same boundaries as others. Producing since 2005, she has released on labels such as Semántica Records, Detroit Underground, CPU records, 2020 Vision, ,D1 Recordings and many more..
With an eclectic taste in music, Annie creates music across the electronic spectrum, from tracks that are experimental taking the listener on a more complex journey, to tracks that take you straight to the dance floor. Her tracks have a feeling of intensity with dark brooding twists while being intertwined with melodies that give them warmth and keep you firmly on the dance floor.
Getting recognition for her unique expression, Annie been playing around the world, events like Sonar Festival, Detroit Movement festival in Detroit, DOMMUNE in Tokyo, and her recent residency with the Natural Selection crew at Fold Club in London.
Also currently Annie collaborate with companies like Arturia or Novation as endorser of their products.
