The album FLOWTUESDAY - Eleven Spins is a musical collaboration between drummer Thomas Törnroos and guitarist Niklas Mansner that sets out to explore musical boundaries, or no boundaries in a context of only doing it on Tuesdays. They of course believed it made a difference … the Tuesdays.

 On Tuesdays they were able to twist rhythms, melodies, harmonies, structures and pitches to a degree that could not have been possible to do on Mondays. The music is therefore a bold statement to the more traditional way of only doing it on Wednesdays, according to them. And the result is: " A rough and lively Tuesday sound", as they would like to call it. Something that strives to brake the more conventional methods used in everyday music. This could just not be helped… 

 The music is composed at the same time playing occurred, and usually in one take, based on a mood that was agreed upon beforehand. More talking and less playing occurred… :)

 Freedom, fun and no worry was key in producing this album and hopefully for your enjoyment too. Thanks for listening! 

ps. Don´t worry, they still play other week days as well. The album was recorded (a few Tuesdays in 2010) and mixed (on a Tuesday 2014) in Dalgård studios by Niklas Mansner. What happened in between we don´t want to know.
