I am trying to make a new kind of sound that mixes rock and music styles with powerful beats. I have not yet produced a track that mixes these genres but am currently experimenting. I have been looking at rap metal, hip hop, house, rock, etc. I have produced some samples after this one that were slightly influenced by the Moody Blues and strangely enough it sounds good. It has a strange sound like a lot of their songs but also has got a good beat.

I have been converted to the reason music software and have now produced three beats. I'm not use to reason and have been using fruit loops up until now but I'm getting the hang of this.

Starts off almost like a intro to a movie. The begging has the melody from the piano and string instruments. Then the beat gets added in. The beat is unusual because it starts on a snare and then kick drums.
