One of the first records I heard when I got into trap music was "Ratchet" by Zeds Dead. 4 and a half years later, I wanted to give the track a 2017 update. I had the idea while I was on vacation in August, and even though I promised myself I wasn't going to work on music that week, I did this remix anyway! Since I haven't dropped anything heavy in a while, I know you guys are gonna like this. Happy Crankday!!!

ASTROWORLD RE-CRANKED - song #1.  I haven’t done any proper “re-cranks” in nearly a year.  My goal for 2018 was to begin artistically defining myself with my original music.  I feel like I did that, but in doing so I had to put a hold on one of my favorite means of expression - remixes.  Especially, raw, cold ass remixes.  Taking a song and flipping it on end - no parts, no stems, no vocals.  Just the song and whatever I wanted to do to it to make it mine... to bring it into my world... that’s a re-crank... and re-cranks are back and I couldn’t be any more proud.  Here’s my first project for you, I’ve been working on it since the end of summer.  3 songs from one body of work, but 3 very different vibes.  I think they’re 3 of the best remixes I’ve ever done.  @travisscott , welcome to my world.  #2 tomorrow.

This is a tribute to the symbol of the fight against repression in Chile, a dog named "Negro Matapacos" also known as "Cop-Killer" a stray dog who used to attend to protests against social injustice and attacked the cops. Even though he died two years ago, he still in people's heart. He is and always will be the symbol of the revolution. Keep Fighting Chile!
