First of all, my condolences in regards of your passing Father--I just now discovered this, sorry! I hope your heart finds daily comfort, as it is never easy to lose a loved one...Your spirit is always tied closely together & that bond nothing can break.  This is a lovely expression of what you felt you experienced...It makes one well aware of the element of grieving, but at the same time it is as if it is a lovely spirit connection is made with the spirit world.  Best wishes to you & your family that you will continually be lifted up in spirit! Thank you for the sacrifice of creating this. It is a wonderful ambient team effort! My father died on 16 March 2011.  His body had battled emphysema for years.  After complications caused by a bout of pneumonia he finally succumbed.  In the aftermath of these events I turned to my piano for solace and escape.  The resulting record attempts to address the emotions experienced during the 7 days between his death and funeral.  In collaboration with Ed Hamilton, who brilliantly tapped in to my experience and emotion, and with contributions from Christoph Berg, this record is about, and in memory of, my father. - Euan
