The Funky Foot Sessions 126 - 21 - 10 - 22 - Miguel Migs Retrospective

Onda Boa is focused on releasing fully licensed Brazilian music. A list of talented producers bringing together remixes and original material from established artists and also obscure names. 

Their first release includes remixes of two tracks by Marcos Valle, a highly regarded multi-instrumentalist and composer in the Brazilian bossa jazz funk scene. The two chosen tracks, "A Paraíba Não É Chicago" and "Naturalmente," were originally composed in the boogie style during the golden era of Brazilian music in 1981, and have been reworked for modern dancefloors. 

The album cover, which features a stylized image of a Buriti palm tree, was designed by the famous graffiti and fine artist Toz, and represents the label's tropical theme. The Buriti palm tree is also significant as it provides raw materials for handicrafts, highlighting the label's concept of releasing diverse styles while staying true to their Brazilian roots.
