Anita é artesã, cordelista, cantora e compositora, sua perspectiva de cotidiano se dá através da poesia. Enxerga música em todo lugar que olha: nas plantas, nas esquinas, na fumaça, nas profundezas da realidade de uma mulher guerreira, brasileira.

Quando ouvi esta música pela primeira vez fiquei impressionado com a sua originalidade, resolvi prestar uma homenagem a este grande artista e com uma releitura mais eletrónica deste clássico. ”
