Raytek  returns to Sungate with Alphabet City, a four-track release of lean, percussive techno rooted in American tradition and built for utility.

"Lights Above" opens with tightly programmed toms and dry, disciplined groove. It moves with intent, holding tension without overreaching. "Alphabet City" strips things back even further. Sharp drum work, subtle distortion, and a loop-driven structure that keeps the pressure steady. "Loisaida" leans into rhythm. Every hit is measured, every sound functional. No excess, just forward motion. "Familiar Place" closes with dubbed out elements and a deeper realm. Still direct, still floor-oriented, but with a touch more space around the edges.

Clean, efficient, and unrelenting. Alphabet City is pure drum science from a producer who knows exactly where to cut.

The Cold Dubs series is a place where the deep, intimate energy of the club converges with expansive dub textures, capturing the essence of Madah's unique Fringe Dub Techno sound. This release delves into the deeper and more experimental aspects of dub techno, presenting two captivating tracks from Inzajeano and Marek Bartůněk. The sounds of Detroit and the London Underground scene inspire both tracks. Crafted for both the dance floor and solitary moments, these compositions layer rolling grooves with dense atmospheres and intricate sound design. The sounds often collide and dissolve into one another, creating a dynamic yet introspective sonic space. Cold Dubs blurs the lines between where and how music is experienced, as club rhythms fade into shadowy dub echoes, drawing you into a visceral and immersive experience that will keep you engaged from start to finish.

Tobias., Neel and Sebastian Muellaert as Wa Wu We collaborate with the Konstrukt label for their 12th release. Each producer with a unique and refreshing approach towards electronic music.

Tobias. is up first with a beautiful track that balances on the border of rationality and emotion. His abstract sonic narrative discloses through tightly organized rhythms and noisy percussion. Neel follows up with a cinematic composition that submerges us into otherworldly oddities that guides us slowly through his composition. WaWuWe’s formally known as Sebastian Mullaert relieves the tension. The Swedish composer made a 13-minute long stirring and relaxing B-side track, blessing us with soothing energy for the mind, body and soul.

Born in Siberia and spent most of my childhood in Moldova I was exposed to a variety of folk and ethnic music. I always thoroughly enjoyed playing with my stereo and drumming to the rhythms using house chairs. Music always fascinated me as a tool of transformation into a different reality. I began my DJ carrier playing tunes at the house parties and friend’s birthdays and weddings. I live in NYC now more then two decades and consider myself a New Yorker. I organize dozens of concerts and parties in NYC each year. My music interests vary, I like to play across the board Ska, Reggae, Rocksteady, Jazzy Hip-Hop, Afro Beat, Funk, Disco, Retro, World music. I collect Vinyl Records. I love setting the dance floor on fire using my unique mixture of world rhythms. I produced “Swingin’Penguin” Electro Swing Parties, Soviet 80′s Parties, as well Multiple Live Concerts and Events.
