Sense Of Belonging XL 070  [SOB070]

4 years of Stratospheric Sounds is now coming to an end, as this will be the final episode of the series.  Thank you all for tuning in and I appreciate all of the support.  

Back in October, I experienced severe job-related burnout and subsequent depression - the kind that makes you evaluate your life's choices.  In my case, it's realizing that I've mostly been living my life on auto-pilot, and it's not a great algorithm.  I've already stepped back from streaming on Twitch as my last stream was in mid-October.  As of now, I still don't know if/when I'll be returning.  I'm taking this time to try to rediscover myself, to listen to the voice inside that I've been ignoring for decades.  I also already know that I will have some life-changing events coming up in the near future, and those are going to demand time and energy.  As such, while I originally envisioned starting a new mix series to replace Stratospheric Sounds, I may have too much going on to commit to a schedule.  There will be a transition period where I may or may not even have access to my DJ equipment, so that will factor in as well.  And above all, my return even to SoundCloud is going to depend greatly on my state of mind. 

For now, I hope you enjoy this final episode of Stratospheric Sounds - and may we all have a better 2026.  Happy New Year!
