Combining Americana, Balearica and Space Disco the @flying-mojito-bros are a DJ duo who most certainly stand out in disco scene. It's a winning combination which is in equal counts super fresh and loads of fun. It's also proven to be huge dancefloor success which pre covid saw the Mojito Bros in demand all over the globe.

Their latest release see's them remixing Rudy Norman's 70's classic Back To The Streets for @ubiquityrecords. It's a track which has already picked up huge support including from our own Yam Who who featured it as one of his essential tracks of the month. Cult DJs / producers Flying Mojito Bros have pressed a super-limited double compilation of their most celebrated releases to date plus an exclusive new track. I've been messing around with electronic music since early age, and along the years I've built up quite a portfolio of tracks. Some released, but many more (hundreds? thousands?) patiently sitting on the shelf, waiting for a bit of TLC and polish.

This two hour selection gives you an eclectic range of my downtempo remixes (released as The Starkiller) and some original material (as my alter egos Che Guerrilla and Super Hans), building up from the early 2000s to now. The Flying Mojito Bros emerged from a desert haze several years ago somewhere along State Route 375 between Hiko and Warm Springs...

Fully Nudie-suited, they hitched rides down the West Coast, into ol’ mother Mexico then back up over to the deep south. They were gathering sounds and sights for their audio-video-rodeo-cósmico show, succinctly described by Carlos Santana as “some kinda spaced-out unholy sonofabitch chicano-country-disco-swamp-boogie-funk refrito”.

The two acid cowboys – producer/musician Ben Chetwood & DJ/digger Jack Sellen – have quickly found their show featuring live remixing, edits and instrumentation to be a hit in Englandshire, United Britain, where they are quite frankly bewildering audiences at clubs and festivals.
