Dear listeners, dear supporters, dear friends,

Nulleins Records and I are thrilled to present you this collection of tracks in which lies more than just music. It's a heartfelt reflection of my musical journey and the profound connections forged with esteemed producers and artists in our vibrant scene. What we present to you is not just a statement, but a deeply personal project.

"Rampage" stands as the turning point in my career, a moment that forever changed both my heart and my profession as an artist. The overwhelming response from fans and the unwavering support from Nulleins Records granted me the courage to explore uncharted territories within my sound. And now, to witness this track take on a life of its own through the hands of my favourite industry producers is an incredibly surreal and humbling experience.

By forging a release, filled with so many different approaches, I want to celebrate these artists and send out a statement into the world of techno. Our scene is constantly changing and evolving. But with an overwhelming quantity and flood of output coming, we are starting to miss out on what makes this music more than just a product of the industry: Taking time for your art and putting your soul in it.

Within the EP, you'll find remixes that go beyond simple collaborations. They embody personal perspectives and unique reinterpretations of the original track. Each artist, with their distinctive approach and genre influences, has breathed new life into "Rampage," crafting something I could never have envisioned on my own. It's akin to watching my own creation evolve into fascinating masterpieces, formed by the hands of artists I greatly admire.

Thank you for being a part of this incredibly personal journey. Without your constant support and love for my music, none of this would have been possible. So, as we release the "Rampage EP", remember that it's not just an EP - it is a piece of my heart.

Following the debut album from label head Farrago including the hit ‘Addicted to Bass’ with Amelie Lens, Vermillion Trax is proud to present its first VA ‘Ataraxia', consisting of two parts and showcasing the skills of the new generation of Techno 2.0 producers from start to finish.

ATRX1 assembles a formidable roster of 16 young and talented artists. Among them is La Kajofol, whose unique meld of vocals and hypnotic beats shines brightly, marking her as a captivating force from the South-West of France. Marilao, fresh off his Berghain debut at Säule and boasting releases on esteemed labels lends his distinctive flair to the VA. ARDL, hailing from Lyon, consistently impresses with rave-influenced hard techno, garnering attention from industry giants like Paula Temple.

The remarkably young Alex Farell, a 16-year-old prodigy from Liverpool, is primed to leave an indelible mark with his new track, as is STORM, an 18-year-old techno enthusiast from Delft who's swiftly ascending the ranks. Aamourocean, from Paris, seamlessly fuses Electro-Pop with edgier techno nuances. Meanwhile, VENTUR from the UK crafts an eclectic sonic experience that keeps listeners intrigued. Sioc, drawing deep from his UK roots and now stationed in Berlin, collaborates with Paul Copping to weave a dynamic soundscape.

Building on the momentum of 'Blessed', Vermillion Trax embarks on a fresh odyssey with its inaugural VA 'Ataraxia', casting a spotlight on the prodigious talents shaping the future soundscape of Techno 2.0.

After some solo releases on R Label Group, Monnom Black, KAOS and his own imprint, DIMI launches his first release as @andmusik after parting ways with Andrew. To celebrate the project’s comeback, AnD chose no other that Regal’s notable and never disappointing Involve Records. Regarded upon his 2006 arrival as a promising beatmaker looming in the shadows of J Dilla, Madlib, waterfalls and Dabrye, Steven Ellison -- known as Flying Lotus -- nullified all comparisons only two years later with Los Angeles. On that album, his first of five for the Warp label, Ellison distilled a uniquely crisp, spasmodic, and heady sound with elements of hip-hop, avant-garde jazz, IDM, and dubstep. While the abovementioned producers fueled Ellison, he had also been excited as a youngster by the '90s West Coast rap classics that combined programming and live instrumentation. His sound continued to develop as he put his own twist on the approach, recording with a crop of jazz musicians including the indispensable likes of bassist Thundercat and strings master Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. This process began with the turbulent 2010 set Cosmogramma and peaked in terms of acclaim in 2014 with You're Dead!, which crashed the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 and spawned the Kendrick Lamar collaboration "Never Catch Me," a Grammy nominee for Best Dance Recording. Ellison devoted a few years to various forms of film work and the operation of his revered Brainfeeder label, and returned in 2019 with Flamagra, his second consecutive album to top Billboard's Dance/Electronic chart.
