When The Fallen Hero launched a volley of unholy fire at The Friends and The Nihilists, The Somnambulist barrelled itself at the flames, absorbing the blow and bursting through. It flew further, burning all the while, and attacked faster than The Fallen Hero could react, colliding with one of the devil's wings and ripping it off. 

It was then ash before it reached the ground.
