This is as amazing as all of your other works. In terms of the way You're feeling right now, i would say that you must do what you feel is right for yourself. The world is full of selfish and cunning people and ever chaging themes so i completely understand where you are coming from. At the end of the day you have the right to produce or do what you want and that should never feel like an obligation or a question of where you stand. I used to produce music but the genre that i was producing is no longer popular and has seemingly been forgotten and replaced with what i deem babble music. W.E. you decide to do "you" always come first. If there is anything I've learned aboit life it is "you can't take care of something or someone if you do t take care of yourself. I wish you the best and if i hear tour tracks again they shall be welcomed​ like all the others. I just hope others feel the same way.

Over the past year or so, some of you may have noticed a depletion in the number of tracks I've been releasing.
Hardstyle has been an enormous part of my life since I heard "Scantraxx Rootz" for the first time in 2009. It was a whole new world for me. A world I escaped to during my depressing high school life. A world I could find comfort & joy in. A world that I embraced for being different to the rest.
I feel like over the past year I've formed a disconnect from the current sound of the genre, and that's what has primarily impacted my Hardstyle productions. There are many other small things, like the attitude of the scene & the aggressiveness of people's opinions on how things should be done that has also impacted me, but not relating to the current sound is definitely the most prominent.
At times I felt as though the tracks I released were "irrelevant", "unwanted", and "ignored" even though I'd put my everything into them, and it cuts pretty deep. I've had people in the scene use me for personal gain & abuse me when I'd tell them I didn't agree with what they were doing. And even with years of people using me to make their own money, I had never seen a dime. After I brought this up, I was abandoned. Some may say for the better, but having networks is everything in the industry.
These days I've been listening to a lot of Future, Tech, and Funky House, and I haven't enjoyed listening to music this much since I grew a passion for Handzup back in 2012.

You may know where I'm leading with this, but I'm not sure where my place is in the Hardstyle scene anymore. I'm not sure if I'll grow a passion for producing the genre again. I'm not sure if I'll ever get another Hardstyle gig. And I'm not sure I'll even really listen to the genre anymore.

To those who have supported & loved my music, I am so genuinely thankful.
This may not be the end for FMNT, but I definitely need a break from the sound for a while.

Cupid is a track I began working on early 2016 after I spent weeks on vaporwave/synthwave binges, so I decided to incorporate it into my Freestyle. It's pretty different from my other stuff, but that being said, I like to think all my tracks are unique.
