IP, Mr.Wischinsky began his career as intern working with Academy Award winner Milos Forman and other refugees from the east at Columbia University, New York in the early 1980's. He also worked as writer and script coach for Federal Austrian Television. For 10 years he was head of Pygmalion Theatre in Vienna. He wrote several award winning plays and toured the world with some of his performances. His rendition of Franz Kafka's Metamorphosis was shown more than 600 times all over the world. In addition to his script-doctoring work, Ip Wischinsky has consulted to many blue-chip companies on their public image and has been instrumental in the development of many of their major campaigns. Ip is also active in various areas of pedagogy - most recently he initiated the 'Vienna Goes L.A.' program, an after-school activity for Austrian children, teaching them how to use filmmaking as a tool to overcome cultural boundaries.

Ippolit Wischinsky gives lectures about movie language around the globe including Hollywood. Last year he gave a TED-talk on corporate storytelling. Recently He have lectures at the University for Economics St.Gallen, the Art University Linz, FilmArche Berlin and several Austrian academies.

Episode 18 - Ip Wischin

Ken studied filmmaking at the National Film School, IADT. His short films have screened at many of the worlds most prestigious festivals including Sundance and Cannes. He has presented retrospective programmes at the Cork International Film Festival, and at festivals in the UK, Croatia, The Netherlands and in Scandinavia. In 2008, his work received the Grand Prix Award at Sapporo International Film Festival in Japan.

HIS & HERS is a creative documentary that combines observation and imagination to illustrate a universal love story. The film explores woman’s relationship with man by visiting moments from the lives of 70 female characters. Shot in the hallways, living rooms and kitchens across the Irish Midlands, the story moves sequentially from young to old to deliver a unique insight into sharing life’s journey.

James’s wonderfully intriguing take on the world represents a new era for youth culture films in Ireland. He has been making films since he was 15, honing his skills with Actors and Film creatives over this time; and resulting in some of the most raw, honest and powerful performances in his work. His music video for The Funeral Suits, has shot him to mainstream acclaim working on some large profile Music videos and Adverts which has James snapped up by Agencies in Ireland, London and Berlin as a result, making James one to watch. His critically acclaimed IFTA nominated short film Skunky Dog on to win at some of the largest festivals around the world.
