Stumbling across Geo's Reminiscence Of A Park Party mix a couple of years ago and then rinsing his addition to our fav Steeplejack series, we were instant GeoFans. 

The Aussie DJ has had us racing around town with his recordings and so whilst we wait to get the chance to hear one of these magic sets live, we thought we'd get him to put together a recording for the mix series. He gave us the digital thumbs up and delivered us something pretty epic. P&P 041: Geo, get it

Martin is a truly warm and central  figure in the Copenhagen community, with his involvement in KUNE Festival as a co-founder and programmer, as co-founder of the innovative label and collective Axces, and as a co-founder of Proton Records, a record store skillfully bridging the realms of classic and contemporary club music

YUKIMASA began his music career in the late 1990s in Anaheim, California, and then returned to Japan in the early 2000s, immersing himself in the electronic music scene. Over the past few decades, he has continued his activities in various scenes worldwide. Transcending genre boundaries and continuously expanding his style and artistic vision shaped by encounters with a diverse array of artists. In 2007, he launched his own recurring party "FORCE," which continues to be held at WOMB Tokyo. IIn 2019, he established Paradigma Records and has continued to release tracks from labels that represent scenes from various countries. His wide-ranging musical exploration, unconstrained by genre, and his collaborations with diverse artists have created the uniqueness of his DJ style, which has been highly acclaimed at world-renowned clubs such as Tresor, OHM, and Gare.

After a short break we are back with NFR043 and a great discovery all the way from Cuba. Album length electronic music expedition that will take from glorious ambient atmospheres to darker, groove based pieces. Release contains 8 original tracks and ambient rework by Motion Symmetry. We welcome a promising new name to our label - datasæt.

Bio:

datasæt is the musical project of Guillermo Ismael García Borges, a Cuban sound artist. His approach to music is guided by curiosity more than convention. Rather than relying on rhythm to drive movement, he's drawn to how sound interacts with thought, memory, and silence. His tracks often explore irregular patterns and textures, creating space for deep listening and sensory exploration—an invitation to wander through shifting sonic landscapes.

Guillermo has released music in Argentina, Chile, Cuba, and Spain. He is a resident at Quantum, a series of events based in Havana, Cuba, where he regularly plays extended, introspective sets that lean toward the experimental. His performances are less about control and more about surrender—offering a slow unfolding of emotion, tone, and presence.

Outside of music, he is a medical doctor with a strong interest in neuroscience, architecture, and computer programming—fields that subtly shape his creative process. These disciplines, each rooted in systems and structures, find resonance in his music, which often feels like a dialogue between precision and intuition, calculation and chance.

This edition features SEIYA: DJ, sound designer, and founding member of the Milan-based collective Endless Interferenza.

SEIYA’s work moves across disciplines, but always returns to a place of deep listening. In this one-hour set, he offers a sonic journey shaped by introspection and raw emotion, navigating through leftfield electronics, rarefied atmospheres, and broken rhythms.

His approach is both instinctive and deliberate, each sound layered like sediment, each transition carved with care.
There’s a feeling of constant transformation: textures that shimmer and dissolve, rhythms that emerge and vanish like passing currents. The mix becomes a space where tension and release dance in slow motion, tracing an emotional narrative without words.

This is an intimate composition that reflects SEIYA’s vision of sound as fluid, fragmented, and an immersive spell.
