For a newly emergent producer, Ansome's sound is hugely confident. Inspired by a raw and urban UK techno lineage, his drums are heavyweight, his percussion fierce and his synths full blooded. All in all that makes for music that grabs your attention and drags you along for an enthralling ride. Littered with his own field recordings, it can be variously eerie or boisterous, but its uncompromising stuff of the sort anyone from Perc to Karenn would be proud.

With some vinyl releases this year, like SLAM001 and Penny & Pound, this British producer become more and more populair.

Born in the south of Italy in 77, he is spreading the disease since 1997 as he likes to say!
Lucianno Lamanna is a dissident or rather a free beater whose values are above all : experimentations, analog instruments, vinyls and "Musick". Moving from sound engineer to dj, but also through production and mastering, he never missed an opportunity to add a personal touch to his tracks as well as those of others. Moreover, he stands out from the artists who are contemporaries because of his desire to have fun and his incompatibility to adapt to the usual norms. He has  begun fruitful collaborations by injecting his essence into projects that inspired him. We can quote @Assalti Industriali, @Der Noir and Lunar Lodge which are collectives of artists creating dark atmospheres with tenacious rhythms. He is also a part of @LSWHR since a few years, which is an experimental audiovisual project, expressing through musical lives accompanied by vjing.
In 2005, he began a collaboration with Davide Ricci, witch the BALANCE project. It is a conceptual exhibition based on an improvisation using modular synthesizers causing a scathing and refined performance without forgetting to pound. His strength stands by the enigma of sounds: the fruit of indus, wave and electronic experiments that form a musical mosaic through the art of creating something new.

Mickey Nox es un entusiasta del techno, propietario de una etiqueta, DJ y productor de Melbourne, Australia. 

Su estilo y actitud impresionantemente únicos hacia sus producciones y conjuntos de DJ en constante evolución es oscuro, amenazador, siempre maníaco y estimulante a medida que se enreda cada vez más en su hardware de golpes fuertes.

Mientras crecía, escuchaba principalmente a bandas de metal como Black Sabbath, y finalmente se movió hacia el techno después de escuchar las leyendas de Melbourne como Will E Tell, Voiteck y Hellraiser. 

Ahora su imaginación se vuelve loca al escuchar una amplia gama de influencias musicales, como The Stooges, Miles Davis y Blawan.

Nox comenzó a tocar como DJ alrededor del 2005 con sus propias producciones que se materializaron un par de años más tarde. Mickey No es ajeno a la lista de vida nocturna y festivales en Melbourne y ha estado tocando en grandes conciertos internacionales fuera de Australia desde 2015. Ha apoyado increíbles actos internacionales como Jeff Mills, Rebekah, Christian Wünsch y Clouds, entre otros, y realizando B2B con Green Velvet por dos horas en una noche que fue una experiencia increíble.

Nunca ha sido más serio en cuanto a hacer música, es su única pasión verdadera que nunca se desvanece y lo hará hasta el día en que muera... que es una gran noticia porque Mickey Nox tendrá un futuro muy ocupado a partir de 2018 debido a que tiene una gran cantidad de lanzamientos completados, respaldados y listos para sean lanzados tanto en vinilo como en formato digital en las principales marcas.

Knife presenta a Years of Denial, que es el proyecto del músico/DJ/productor francés Jerome Tcherneyan y la artista/DJ checa Barkosina Hanusova. Con el uso de hardware combinado con voces y una gran cantidad de dispositivos de doblaje, YOD está visitando nuevamente el rincón oscuro del Post Punk, el movimiento musical industrial y la cultura rave.

Sus actuaciones en vivo de Electro fusionan SP 1200 beats y arpegios pulsantes con electrónica pesada y voces atractivas. La voz de Barkosina rebota contra las trampas de percusión al entonar la poesía y el romanticismo oscuro. El dúo opera en la pista de baile sin anestesia, lo que crea una atmósfera electrizante y sombría.

Ambos influenciados por el aislacionismo, también realizan sets de ambiente cinematográficos improvisados con el uso de sintetizadores modulares y voces procesadas. Se basan en el estímulo más oscuro y profundo de la música experimental, creando un espacio imaginativo inmersivo y dramático.


Knife presents to Years of Denial wich is the proyect of French musician/DJ/producer Jerome Tcherneyan and Czech performance artist/DJ Barkosina Hanusova. With the use of hardware combined with vocals and a plethora of dub devices, YOD are re-visiting the dark corner of Post Punk, Industrial music movement and rave culture. 

Their live Electro performances fuse SP 1200 beats and pulsating arpeggios with heavy electronics and engaging vocals. Barkosina’s voice ricochets against percussive snares as she intones poetry and dark romanticism. The duet operate on the dance floor without anesthetic creating an excursive electrifying shady atmosphere.

Both influenced by Isolationism, they also perform improvised cinematic Ambient sets with the use of modular synths and processed vocals. They draw upon the darker and profound stimulus of experimental music, creating an immersive and dramatic imaginative space.

Udo Wiessmann is the founder of Winterkälte and of the label HANDS. 

He started to produce electronic music as early as the late 1980s. He founded the electronic label HANDS and also his first solo project ATRUM in 1990, before initiating WINTERKÄLTE in 1991, now legendary industrial pioneers of club music saturated with distortion and noise. 

With WINTERKÄLTE, Udo Wiessmann has performed on most essential industrial festivals in Europe like Maschinenfest, WGT, FORMS OF HANDS but also played many shows in Europe, North America and Asia.

His podcast for Knife and his DJ sets are a dance floor experience between techno, rhythmic noise and industrial music mashed up with industrial, EBM and assorted darkness.

Biography:
JK Flesh is the pseudonym employed by Justin K Broadrick for his solo work within the realm of heavy/mutant techno/electronica - informed by industrial, dub, power electronics and the extreme excesses of electronic music driven by beats and bass. He initially used this pseudonym in Techno-Animal with co-conspirator Kevin Martin (The Bug).
Justin is known for his history as GODFLESH, JESU, FINAL, ZONAL (formerly Techno-Animal), etc, and for writing the music/guitar on Side A of the legendary 'Scum' album by Napalm Death.
JK Flesh has releases on Electric Deluxe, Downwards, Hospital Productions and many more with many more to come.

Knife presenta Max Durante, quien comenzó su carrera profesional como dj en 1987 en Roma. Como una de las bisagras de la generación rave de los 90, su sonido y su presencia han sido fundamentales para la temprana escena del techno italiano. Ha sido un asiduo de los mejores raves italianos y tocó en los mejores clubes y festivales europeos de su época desde 1991. Muy respetado como DJ, gracias a sus grandes habilidades de mezcla, así como productor por su preciosa creatividad en la grabacion de sus producciones. El jefe del sello Sonic Groove, Adam X, lo nombró una verdadera leyenda e innovador del "Industrial Techno" a principios de los 90.

En los últimos 20 años, Max ha realizado giras por Europa sin parar y coproducido electrobombas con artistas como Anthony Rother, Keith Tucker y Aux 88, por nombrar algunos.

A lo largo de los años ha construido y desarrollado su propio espectáculo personal, mostrando su verdadero carácter y carisma junto con sus soberbias habilidades técnicas de mezcla, creando sonidos que van desde hipnóticos, oscuros, industriales, ácidos, electro y techno en su forma más pura.

Después de su larga y valiosa contribución a la escena electro y techno, volvió a experimentar con un sonido de regreso a las raíces, que ganó un gran interés y, por lo tanto, ahora forma parte de la legendaria familia Sonic Groove.

Knife presents Max Durante who began his professional dj career in 1987 in Rome. As one of the hinges of the 90's rave generation, his sound and his presence have been fundamental for the early Italian Techno scene. He has been a regular on the best Italian Raves and played at the best European clubs and festivals of it’s time since 1991. Well respected as a DJ, thanks to his great mixing abilities, as well as a producer for his precious creativity in his recording productions. Sonic Groove label boss Adam X named him a true legend and innovator of ‘Industrial Techno’ in the early 90’s.

In the Last 20 years Max has toured Europe non-stop and co-produced electro bombs with artists like Anthony Rother , Keith Tucker and Aux 88 to name a few.

Over the years he has built and developed his own personal show, showing off his true character and charisma together with his superb technical mixing skills, creating sounds ranging between hypnotic, dark, industrial, acid, electro and techno in it’s purest form.

After his long and worthy contribution to the electro and techno scene, he returned to experiment with a sound back to the roots, which gained a strong interest, and is therefore now part of the legendary Sonic Groove family.
