Hiya. This was my entry to the Semi-finals of S3XMODIT Mania 2 (which ended a week ago). I finished joint 5th that week, and as a result, failed to make it through to the final round (by one point!). Congrats to Goluigi for winning, and Jayster, mad and Stinkbug for getting the runner up positions :)

helloo!! i am continuing the work on my space-themed album that i teased a while ago with black hole, and with the eclipse happening today i figured that i would release this track early as a lil tribute! the rest of the album is still in the works but it should be out by the end of the year. but i will be releasing a smaller thing in the meantime! stay tuned~

Chiptunes = WIN is a blog (https://chiptuneswin.com/) that covers most of what falls under the "video game music" umbrella.  They release compilations of chiptune music selected out of submissions sent to them.  Then, for each main comp, they get a different record label or collective to release submissions that didn't make the original + some new songs from the collaborating label's musicians.  Since DESKPOP's roots are in chiptune, we were more than happy to participate!  This compilation is an excellent showcase of what VGM has been, and where it could go.  We have a free download on Bandcamp, with streaming on Spotify/etc soon.  Enjoy!
