The main pillar of a hex/curse is an intention of a distorted soul. Intention, motives behind and naturalistic drive to influence the targets life are the main foundation. It is possible through the deep meditation where with a calm mind you’re facing the heavy waves of a negative charge-understanding that this energy pollution doesn’t belong to you is crucial because it reflects the fact that the distorted soul casting the hex/curse is deregulated and cannot cope with the weight of its pain, desires and hate on its own, it is a desperate attempt to obtain the control that has its roots in fear.
After that confrontation, still with a clear mind you’re ready to reach the source and with empathy and understanding you can cut the connection off.
