Après la sortie de deux titres qui ont rencontré un franc succès auprès du public, le Lab, Tawam et le label Culture Dub Records s'associent de nouveau pour proposer 'Zion Steppin'​. Un morceau avec ​un son live qui montre toute la passion des activistes pour le Reggae des origines, suivi de deux versions Dub dans la pure tradition du style, le tout masterisé par Joss.B et en Libre téléchargement, bien évidemment !

Le Lab, c’est le terrain d’expérimentation de deux jeunes producteurs​: Pierre et Roméo​. Le duo est passionné de Dub et de musiques électroniques. Après plusieurs années de prototypes, crash tests et d’expériences à l’issue incertaine, un premier album, « Sound Chemistry », voit le jour sur le label Marée Bass. Le duo produit ensuite deux titres originaux sur le label Culture Dub Records en compagnie de Tawam, ​et cette  release​a été acclamée par le public... Le Lab est de retour sur ce même label, toujours en compagnie de Tawam, pour un titre chanté suivi de deux versions Dub, dans la pure tradition du style !

Tawam est un jeune chanteur et multi-instrumentiste. ​Il a collaboré avec des producteurs issus du milieu Dub lors de sa précédente release en compagnie du Lab sur le label Culture Dub Records​phrase a revoir avec d'autres infos. Les idées de Tawam ont été mises en musique au studio du Lab pour créer le titre ‘Zion Steppin’, où il propose une performance vocale inspirée des trios vocaux jamaïcains, tout en jouant divers instruments sur le riddim tels la basse, la guitare et les skanks, qui lui confèrent cette chaleur incontestable !

Le Lab and Tawam released recently two hit tunes and they didn’t want to stop there… They join forces with Culture Dub Records to express themselves in ‘Zion Steppin’. This tune has a live sound showing all their passion for the beginning of Reggae music, then two traditional Dub versions. Joss.B mastered the released and it is for free download, of course! 

Le Lab is the experimentation ground of two young producers: Pierre and Roméo. They are both Dub and electronic music lovers. After several years of prototypes, crash tests and experiments with uncertain outcomes, a first album, “Sound Chemistry”, was released on Marée Bass Records. The duo then produced two original titles on Culture Dub Records with Tawam. This release was greatly acclaimed by the public... Le Lab is back on the same label, still with Tawam, for a singing title followed by two Dub in Extended versions.  

Tawam is a young multi-instrumentalist singer, who collaborates with producers from the Dub scene. Tawam's ideas were put together at Le Lab studio to create the track 'Zion Steppin', in which he offered a vocal performance inspired by Jamaican vocal trios while playing different instruments such as bass, guitar and skanks. What a warm riddim!

N-TONE DUB est le second membre du GAMMA SOUND System basé à Bruxelles mais produit aussi ses propres productions. Il nous offre cet opus pour finir cette année en beauté.
Pour commencer, un dub oriental très hypnotisant et des caisses claires tranchantes, avec sa deuxième version. Il nous emporte ensuite avec un dub original et bien dansant, agrémenté de wobbles.
The meeting et The judgement, accompagnée de leurs deux dub versions, ont un coté bien warrior et méditatif. Du steppers dans toute sa splendeur avec ses bass envoyées dans les effets. Vous vous ferez une idée du Gamma Sound style..à coup sur!!
Architect, un riddim étudié avec minutie, mélangeant un large panel de sons mais tout en symbiose. Bien sûr et toujours avec sa partie dub!
Invitant Mat DTSound, Skonc, Injham et P.A.F. à remixer un morceau, nous y découvrirons encore de bons mélanges de styles et vibes pour clôturer cet opus.

N-Tone is the second member of the Bruxelles based sound system GAMMA SOUND, but he also produces his own style dubs. This opus is special "end of the year" gift to close year 2013.
The opus starts with an eastern and hypnotic dub with snares sharps as blade then come the dub version. Then he takes us away with  an original and dancing dub colored with wobbles. 
"The Meeting" &amp; "The Judgement" and their dubs got a real warrior and meditative style . Magnificence stepper with bass FX. Here you can have a good overview of the Gamma Sound style… for sure!
The Architect, a well studied riddim, mixes a huge kind of sounds all in symbiosis. Of course, it comes again with its version!
To close this opus, you will find some featuring artists such as Mat DTSound, SkonC, Injham and P.A.F. who all remix a track for more vibes and styles!

Mad Codiouf, jeune producteur de la scène dub belge vous présente son premier EP intitulé "Militant Art of Dub".
Actuellement à la tête du M.A.D Sound System avec B-Noize et Nerlock, Mad Codiouf est un activiste du mouvement reggae dans lequel il a fait ses classes depuis 2001.
Il fît ses débuts avec Tribal Poursuite pour ensuite rejoindre le Jahwed Sound avec qu'il remporta le Beljam Cup Clash en 2011 suite à de nombreuses années de travail en studio et une belle collection de dubplates avec des artistes tels que Gregory Isaacs, Barrington Levy, Wayne Smith, Michael Prophet, Bounty Killer, Capleton, Sizzla...

Après avoir travaillé avec O.B.F Sound System ces dernières années, sa vision de la musique prît un autre tournant et il décida alors de se concentrer sur le dubwize ainsi que la production avec des sonorités dark et des basses affutées pour les Sound Systems.
Au sein d'O.B.F il a eu la chance de rencontrer l'élite du mouvement dub à travers toute l'Europe (Iration Steppas, King Earthquake, Channel One, Jah Tubby's, The Disciples...) ce qui lui a permis de continuer son apprentissage du dubwize et enfin prendre son envol avec le nouveau projet M.A.D Sound System, Militant Art of Dub...

Mad Codiouf, a young belgian dub Producer, introduces his first EP “Militant Art of Dub”.
Leading the M.A.D. sound System With B-Noize and Nerlock, Mad Codiouf is a “reggae activist”, reggae scene in which he plays since 2001.
He begun with Tribal poursuite, then he joined Jahwed Sound, who with he won the “Beljam cup Clash” in 2011, after a long time working in his studio and a lot of dubplates with famous names, such as Gregory Isaacs, Barrington Leviy, Wayne Smith, Michael Prophet, Bounty Killer, Capleton, Sizzla...

After his cooperation with the O.B.F. Sound system over those past few years, his vision of dub music is at a turning point, then he decided to focus on a kind of “gloomy dubwize” with heavy bass from soundsystem.
During his cooperation with O.B.F., he had an opportunity to play with dub elites through the whole Europe (Iration Steppas, King Earthquake, Channel One, Jah Tubby’s, the Disciples...), which really honed his dubwize, and finally took off with his new project : M.A.D. Sound System, Militant Art of Dub...

FOGATA SOUNDS is a french label, involved in production and composition of high powa remix and original riddims mixing Reggae/ Dub versions with hot Dubstep and Electronic sounds and trix joining the «keep dub into dubstep» movement, with a concept called: 
THE RUB A DUBSTEP.

History:

The label FOGATA SOUNDS came to light while dark forces and vicious virus were contaminating permanently the french music sphere. Between sadomasochist rituals learned at schools of submission (american idol and other reality-shit…) and the format’s dictature based on an uncultural and faceless concept of masses consuming.
Each camp defending his own side against the other (Dub v/s Ragga, Rap v/s Rock, Roots v/s Electro, Classical v/s Cyber !), 
FOGATA SOUNDS never had other purpose than being a vinylistic entreprise of cultural resistance !

Founded by two long time brothers:

Krak in Dub, former of the  MAS I MAS crew (Jungle activists veteran from Paris). Since the 90’s he has released more than 40 records and remix for his own labels or others, and played all over the world. Today he’s involved with people worldwide in various junggle remix or more recently in Rub a dubstep style with FOGATA.

Hug HO, starts in the 80’s as one of the first Dubber in France with his band Ausweis & Puppa Leslie (RIP), then he was at the origine or involved in several dub experiences like Gom Jabbar (mixed by Mad Professor), the militant Dub band International S.P.A.R.T.A.K.., the Dub Manifest of the basque Fermin Muguruza or Caballo Loco in Santiago de Chile. Today he’s associated with Krak in Dub in an experimental dub creation process. 

Nino joined the crew in 2012 as DJ. Founder of Large Up sound station, reggae radio show broadcasted on FM and Live streaming every sunday since 2005. He teamed up with Hugo and Krak in Dub to bring in DJ support and all kinds of geeky skills.
