Volume 1 marks the debut compilation from Electronic Underground, bringing together 13 tracks that span the wide spectrum of underground electronic music. From progressive and oldschool-leaning electro to raw techno, breakbeat, ambient and noise, the release captures the label’s core ethos: to celebrate diversity within electronic subgenres and provide a platform for emerging voices.

Julia Diệp My Feige moves swiftly between different worlds trying to bloom in liminal spaces. Across all media, she strives to remain true to her own intuitive and free way of creating and to express something deeply personal yet universal. "the second time will be different" explores the feeling of rhythms falling out of sync — the asynchronicity of being with someone, breaking up, meeting again, but realizing it will never be like the first time
with hypnotizing textures.

Real Cumbia Activa - Twerkiriki (Maldito Final Feliz Remix)

Cet album au titre palindrome, voulu comme une suite au premier, combine des enregistrements de terrain d’une variété de traditions populaires africaines à des beats électroniques, créant un amalgame d’hier et d’aujourd’hui. Contrairement à son premier album, composé de titres courts aux contrastes abrupts, cet album sera composé de morceaux plus longs laissant les polyrythmies s’étendre et se transformer, faisant écho aux techniques des musiques de transe d’Afrique du Nord. 

Avec ce nouvel album, Nuri immerge l’auditeur dans une expérience multi- sensorielle. Composé sur une palette douce et chaleureuse, le rythme des morceaux est à peine plus rapide que le rythme cardiaque. Une nuée de détails vient les enrichir, comme le travail de recomposition des chants d’Afrique de l’Ouest ainsi que des chants d’enfants d’Afrique du Sud, qui ajoutent une note joyeuse à cette exploration ludique et sonique. 

Amine Ennouri se tourne vers de nouvelles manières d’utiliser l’art pour favoriser le changement social. Les compositions d’IRUN sont intentionnellement conçues pour conduire l’auditeur à un état d’écoute profonde et une relation plus fusionnelle à leur propre corps. Nuri s’intéresse à cette influence profonde que la musique peut avoir sur son auditoire, un intérêt sous- tendu par l’idée qu’une plus grande conscience de sa propre expérience sensorielle apporte à la fois un sentiment de force et d’humilité. C’est avec ce type de conscience profonde qu’il est possible de créer des collaborations s’affranchissant des lignes politiques et culturelles.
