The German newcomer serves up a superb debut three-tracker on Loco Dice’s imprint on 28th February 2025. Since 2007, Desolat has been at the forefront of rhythm-heavy house music, championing fresh talent and top-tier producers alike under Loco Dice’s leadership. Stepping into the fold for his debut, Düsseldorf native Simes follows in
the footsteps of names such as Guti, Yaya, and Francisco Allendes, bringing a three-track offering of quick-fire drum grooves with ‘Bussin’. Already road-tested by Loco Dice around the globe, from Club Space in Miami to ADE, the title track is proving to be an early standout. On the title track ‘Bussin’, Simes locks in a rolling groove, fusing rapid-re beats, sizzling hi-hats, and a driving vocal cut that keeps the energy high. ‘TMF’ follows with deep, swinging grooves, layering a thumping low-end with crisp, filtered samples, before ‘En Chinga’ closes the EP with a chunky bassline, skittering percussion, and a raw,
club-ready sound.

My story is not much different from that of many other artists - from the dance floor to the DJ booth. It's a journey of passion and discovery.It's a path shaped by dedication, experimentation and the desire to share the music that I love with others.

I was born in Bârlad, a small town, and started getting in touch with electronic music at a very young age, becoming a fan of deepmix.ru, a radio station i had been listening to since i was 13. I moved to lasi for university, a city with a rich history in electronic music, where i first connected with the Romanian minimal scene and felt the urge to leave my mark on it, then I moved to Amsterdam where I had the chance to experience other musical styles and to participate in parties like those from Slap Funk, VBX, Half Baked, who formed my vision and help me to understand how to blend the different styles.


Currently live in Bucharest and work for my soul project Underground Office, together with the other founding members Matt Hauser and Nanoce.

DJ and a dedicated digger, known for my underground parties in lasi, where I earned recognition for creating a unique and vibrant atmosphere. I began organizing my first parties in 2018, where there were no musical limits or boundaries-spinning from dub techno, breakbeat, house, tech house, to progressive.

I'm part of a community that promotes authentic underground vibes, well known for my long sets and endless after parties, i had the pleasure of sharing the decks with major names from the Romanian scene, such as Sublee, Cosmin, Andrei Ciubuc, as well as the legendary Silverlining.
