À l’occasion des 20 ans du Jeu de Paume en septembre 2024, 
Jack Souvant et Jeanne Paravert ont installé leur micro dans la salle d’exposition consacrée à la photographe TINA BARNEY.
Avec ce dispositif intitulé P/REC, un micro est ouvert face aux œuvres et au public en train de contempler.
L’exercice est simple : pendant 10 minutes, chaque personne est d’abord invitée à décrire ce qu’elle voit, avec le plus de détails possibles. Parfois l’œil s’attarde sur une photographie, parfois sur une personne dans le public.
Quand elle a épuisé sa description, elle peut alors se laisser aller à exprimer ce que cette observation lui inspire : curiosité, fascination, malaise… 
Pendant une journée, et une dizaine d’heures d’enregistrement, une dizaine de voix se sont donc succédées à ce micro. 
Des voix qui s’opposent ou qui se font échos. Des décalages. Des regards dissonants.
Ces voix, les voici montées en 2 pièces sonores.

When artist DonChristian Jones started at MoMA as the inaugural Adobe Creative Resident, they created a vision for working with young people to share their stories about what art and community meant to them. In the summer of 2024, DonChristian—through their Residency at MoMA, along with the non-profit they run, Public Assistant—and the Lower Eastside Girls Club collaborated on Frequency Gardens, a summer program and radio show. Over the course of a month, eight teens learned how to record and edit audio, conduct live interviews, and tell their stories through art. Four of the teen participants interviewed DonChristian about their collaborative process and what it was like to hear themselves as part of the exhibition.
