I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist passionate about teaching that good eating can be tasty, convenient, energy boosting and improves the outcome of all health conditions. My key responsibility as a dietitian is to translate the most up-to-date nutrition science into personalised and achievable eating goals.

 I live and work on Hobart's Easter Shore supporting clients with diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, Coeliac Disease, poor growth or weight loss, food allergy & intolerance, disordered eating and weight management. My post graduate training includes specialist education in eating disorders, enteral, paediatric and sports nutrition.
