Born and raised on Chicago's west-side, North Lawndale community.  Luchee began his love for music at the age of 10 years old. He was inspired by artist like LL Cool J, KRS1, Public Enemy, N.W.A., Notorius B.I.B.,  and Tupac Shakur.  By the age of 12, he got his first pair of turntables, but didn't know how to operate them.  Mentored by the late great Terrance Quick Master Jack.  Foolie Luch started to understand music as being as simple as a four count.  They began to do parties all over the westside.  By 14 he started to incooperate lyrics to instrumentals, bring his two passions together.  At age 17, while going to a party with his best-friend and mentor Terrance, his friend was violently gunned down outside. The caused a major change in Foolie Luchee's life and impacted his artistic views.  

Those people who heard him gave support and knew he was talented.  That's when he was introduced to Alesha Clark, his first and only manager and promoter. Ms. Clark in turn introduced Luchee to Larry Jenkins. Within 3 months of meeting Mr. Jenkins, he collaborated on a track entitled Beware with the group D.O.A.  In 1997 a song was aired on 106.3 FM. and it was recorded , mixed, and mastered at C/WAL, Creators Way Studios.  It was there where he was first introduced to Twista, who was known as Tongue Twista at the time.  Other than Twista, he was also introduced to Tha Legendary Trakster, Toxic, and his studio engineer Fallah.  There was a track created that consisted of lyrics wrote in pig latin, which was popular to many people in Chicago. Not long after, he was featuring at open mics and performing at shows that were sold out.  He did shows with artist like Do or Die, Twista, Snypaz, Psycho Drama, C.O.G., Crucial Conflict, Dead On Arrival of Minz Records, Jessie Powell, and Latanya.  

Soon after he was introduced to J-Dubb through Mr. Jenkins.  They both shared similar views on the music industries and since they have been working together to make great music.  Together they formed a group named "The Oppositions." The Oppositions nucleous consisted of 3 members which were J-Dubb, Alias Proceed, and Foolie Luchee.  Over the years the group has remained connected.  Big Fasse Entertainment is the name that Luchee's company has claimed.  As CEO, he has scouted talent as well as being talented.  Big Fasse nucleus artists are Foolie Luchee, Acardo, Cise, and ShyAnn.
