This track is a product of of the IHSC, where the theme was 'voicemail'. This is version two, which is a slight rewrite and a key change. This is being published on Soundcloud namely as a memorial gesture for friends and family of Juan and Dale.

I was a clubmate of Juan's in SoCal and we raced mostly on the road numerous times before I moved to CO. If I recall correctly he was a concierge. Dale was a patient who became a friend in CO who worked at NOAA and who somehow got me to run an ultra. Both were well known in their respective running communities, and those who knew them know the impact they made.
