If you’ve never been to Oven Club, the Valencia venue’s list of talented regulars should give you a hint at the kind of place it is. On a busy night, they play to a crowd of 200 dancers, most of whom are knowledgeable club kids from all over Valencia. It’s one of the few places on Spain’s southeastern coast where world-class DJs are invited to spin until sunrise, making its cultural impact all the more significant.

His forthcoming rework of Leroy Burgess’ Heartbreaker is no exception to this and due to drop with Salsoul records on the 2nd of October. All this talent could never go unnoticed, and he receives a tremendous amount of support from house music greats like Danny Krivit and Louie Vega to name a few.

Emotional Tourist has been firmly in the crosshairs of our scope for some time now, as someone we think is making some of the best deep and melodic sounds around. The Bucharest-bred boy has stepped onto the scene this summer with a supreme EP on Kindisch. With a distinct knack for reworks and edits, his recently released revamp of Sade has been on repeat all week, and we're happy to hear more from him on the latest Selectors.
