Ever versatile Dutch producer Waeys invites along a couple of friends for his latest dancefloor-primed drum & bass offering for Critical Music.

Title track ‘Arrivata’ sees Waeys link with fellow new school leader, Gino, who brings his manic, trademark energy along for a bone crushing, double distorted smasher, featuring one of the hardest drum rolls you’ll ever hear.

Waeys goes it alone on ‘Dredge’, unloading his insane sound design skills over a tightly wound drum groove and bustling percussion for a satisfyingly weird sonic slugger.

Last, but not least, fresh talent Cosmo gets involved on ‘Let Off’, shutting things down with a moody slice of minimal jump up, dominated by an off-kilter, chattering bassline that gleefully chews you ear off.

Located at the base of the spine, it is associated with grounding, safety, and our connection to the physical world. When balanced, it brings a sense of stability, security, and belonging. This track is  written in the musical note C , the note the root chakra resonates with and contains the bija (seed) mantra LAM, which can be chanted to help restore balance and vitality to this foundational energy center. We present ‘Architextures III’, our second anniversary release.

Our already fetish release comes back again for the third time consecutive with a great elencus of artists for the insigne series of the firm. 

The spanish label put their strongest bet in artists already in the roster and a new face: Vulgarythm, producer from Gibraltar. Alongside him, the more than frequent Samath and Dedman, from the UK, Medok and Basskez, from Belgium, and Arxiva from Serbia. 

This release proposes the label’s essence in its purest form. As it’s usual coming from them, a minimal and dark background is continuous through all the listening where multitude of influences and fusion meet in a mental vortice. We can find small portraits of future and tech sound ith a lot of melodic charge in The Less You Know, a strong underground influence with the ‘Bristolest’ sound in Revolution or the quintessence of minimal drum and bass in Kujo.
